Signing in
Use your institution's facility name and your Tracks username and password. Accounts are created by your institution's Tracks administrator. There's no public sign-up.
Forgotten password or locked account
Contact your institution's Tracks administrator.
Entries not syncing
Entries are saved on your device first and sync when there's a connection. Anything that couldn't sync is listed in the app under Sync issues, with a Retry button.
